Parents/Guardians will be bound by the academy rules in all respects. These may be modified from time to time. In all matters of dispute, the decision of the Principal/Director will be binding on the Parents/Guardians and Students.
Upholding Discipline
The school begins at 8:45 A.M. All students are expected to reach school before the bell rings.
After the bell the school gates will be closed and entry will be permitted only through permission from the authority.
Disciplinary action will be taken against those who are habitually late.
Students are expected to wear the school uniform in a proper manner as specified by the school and adhered to the dress code mentioned in the Handbook
Code of Conduct:
All the students should converse only in English inside the campus, to enhance their skill and fluency in the language.
Leaving school without permission is strictly prohibited.
A student indulging in unfair means in examination will be awarded zero in that subject & will be expelled from the school.
Books, magazines and periodicals not approved by the Director/Principal should not be brought to the academy.
Smoking, use of alcoholic drinks or drugs etc are strictly prohibited. Students involved in any such activities will be expelled from the school.
Indulging in uncivilized behaviour or using abusive language
Bulling/teasing/ emotional violence or Fighting among the students is strictly prohibited. Groupism will lead to the suspension/expulsion of the concerned students.
Wanton damage to school property, disfiguring of walls are punishable offence.
Students are responsible for the safety of their belongings. While every effort is made by the academy authorities to reduce the loss of such articles, the ultimate responsibility rests with the students themselves.
Indulging in any misbehavior / misdeed directly or online this could be derogatory for the institution or any person.
Bringing third party or involving third party in any case of dispute will be dealt strongly.
Disciplinary Measures
The Principal/Director is fully empowered to remove a student from school if, in his opinion, the student had failed to abide by the discipline of the school. And his continued presence is detrimental to the interest of the other students of the school or the student fails to come up to the minimum academic standard prescribed for his/her class
The following disciplinary measures can be adopted by the school-
- Oral warning and counseling
- Written Warning/Fine
- Expulsion
