Admission Procedure for Class XI

Issuance of Admission Forms

• Admission forms for Class XI will be available at the school office as well as on the official school website (if applicable).
• Forms may be collected during office hours on the dates notified by the school.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students must have successfully passed the Class X Board Examination from a recognized board.
• Admission to specific streams (Science & Arts) will be based on minimum marks prescribed by the school in relevant subjects.

Submission of Application

• Completed admission forms must be submitted along with the following documents:
• Photocopy of Class X Admit Card
• Photocopy of Class X Marksheet / Grade Sheet (if available)
• Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Any other documents specified by the school
• Incomplete forms or missing documents may lead to rejection.

Screening / Selection Process

• Selection may be based on merit in the Class X examination, entrance tests (if conducted), or interaction/interview as decided by the school.
• The school reserves the right to set cut-off marks for different streams.

Publication of Selected Candidates

• The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the school notice board and/or published on the school’s website.
• Parents/guardians are advised to check the announcement on the specified date.

Confirmation of Admission

• Selected candidates must complete admission formalities within the stipulated time, which includes:
• Verification of original documents
• Payment of admission and other applicable fees
• Submission of signed undertaking/forms as required by the school

Orientation & Commencement of Classes

• An orientation programme for newly admitted students may be conducted before classes begin.
• The academic session for Class XI will commence as per the school calendar.

General Instructions

• Admission is subject to availability of seats in the desired stream.
• The school reserves the right to amend the admission guidelines at any time.
• All admissions are provisional until verification of documents is complete.
